The holding plate enables the Autoassistent to be fixed to the electric headrest. This consists of two connectible single parts and can therefore be pushed in between headrest and seat. Both single parts can be quickly connected with each other using the screws which are incorporated in the delivery, and then used to fasten the Autoassistent. Hence there is no disassembly of the headrest required.
