The ProSafe lashing strap with ratchet and a length of 1.5 m can be universally used in the vehicle and on the roof in conjunction with the Sortimo TopSystem. The ratchet enables higher clamping forces to be generated than would be possible with the clamp buckle. This lets you secure particularly heavy objects professionally and quickly. It is compatible with the integrated ProSafe from Sortimo’s SR5 and Globelyst4 van racking systems, ProSafe lashing rails, SoboGrip ProSafe floor, individual lashing points, as well as with the vehicle manufacturer's original lashing points. The lashing strap has a load capacity of up to 400 daN and a width of 25 mm.
The lashing strap also has a clamping function for the loose end. The clamping lever attached to the ratchet in a space-saving manner can be used to fasten the remaining end in place quickly and easily, preventing annoying noises when driving. When used in the vehicle, it also prevents dangerous trip hazards.
The anti-rattle mat that can be cut to size (ref. no.: 6000003365) also prevents the load from sliding. An edge protection profile should be used to protect the lashing strap and the load.
The integrated load securing system ProSafe enables quick and simple lashing. The intelligent system which is integrated in the van racking system provides for efficient operational management and safety. ProSafe load securing elements are contained in both the uprights of the racking modules as well as in the cross members, and the floor and wall cladding, which means that lashing is carried out in no time and in a particularly worker friendly way.
